Two-session Leadership Forum Virtual Webinar Series
NPLI and the Association of Fundraising Professionals Northeast Wisconsin Chapter are hosting a two-session Leadership Forum webinar series on fundraising.
Session 1: April 28; 1:00 – 2:30 pm.
Peer-to-Peer Fundraising – How to Animate Your Advocates
Did you know donors are three times more likely to make a first gift to a nonprofit when asked by a friend, family member, or colleague, as opposed to a traditional ask from the organization? As the development landscape has shifted, empowering those closest to our mission to be fundraisers has never been more important nor fruitful. Peer-to-Peer (P2P) Fundraising has proven to be a viable, time- and cost-effective revenue stream for nonprofits, especially for small and emerging nonprofits.
Topics in this session include:
- Practical guidance on securing P2P stakeholder buy-in – board, staff, and volunteers;
- Preparing and setting up your advocates for success in their campaigning;
- Tools, tricks, and templates to maximize return on P2P fundraising.
Session 2: May 5; 1:00 – 2:30 pm.
